At TALGA we understand that purchasing off the web is totally different to purchasing in a store, therefore you can be assured that if for some reason you are not happy with the product, you can return it and we will give you a full refund or exchange. In saying this there are some basic guidelines in place to make sure both parties are happy.
- The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it
- The item must be in it’s original condition and packaging
- The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer (this will be reimbursed if the item is deemed faulty)
We take pride in the quality of our products however if you were to find that an item you purchased was damaged we will replace that item at no cost to you once a full inspection of the item is completed. Simply contact us within 7 days and return the item. If we deem that the item is faulty we will replace it and reimburse the postage fee.
If the item is no longer available, we will endeavour to meet your requirements with a similar item. If this is not agreed upon we will refund the item.
Refunds to you will be made within 5 days of the date of return of the item to The Australian Lavender Growers Association. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or a direct desposit into their bank account will be processed.
Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of The Australian Lavender Growers Association.

Information may be used to advise you of any new products or special offers. All promotional material has an option to unsubscribe which you can do at any time, alternatively you can contact us and request that you be removed form our marketing list.
