With members having difficulty seeking markets for their raw products, TALGA embarked on a research program. The outcome led us to seeking manufacturers who would assist us to produce a series of unique products using Australian lavender essential oils and stripped lavender. TALGA regularly seeks supplies by tender for specific oils and stripped lavender for dedicated use in their products. Currently we have five products on the market, with the Lavender Reed Diffuser being the latest product released in early 2011. The response to the products is incredible from all sources: the manufacturer and the buyer... less oil required, aroma amazing and product exceptional.

With TGA regulations and product liability insurance a major consideration in the production of “skincare” and “aromatherapy” products, the ability to provide a unique product, with appropriate TGA requirements and insurance, using a genuine Australian essential oil gives TALGA members marketing these products the “edge”.
